12. Dispute Resolution

For claims under $10,000, either party may elect binding, non-appearance-based arbitration conducted by telephone, online, or based on written submissions through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.

13. Service Area

SunStorm Construction provides services in Broward County and surrounding areas of South Florida. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of service availability in your area.

14. Governing Law; Forum

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except as provided in Section 12 above, any disputes arising from your use of this Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure by SunStorm Construction to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorized representative of SunStorm Construction.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without SunStorm Construction's express written consent. SunStorm Construction may freely assign its rights.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SunStorm Construction regarding your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements.
