SunStorm Construction provides services in Broward County and surrounding areas of South Florida. Submitting a quote request does not constitute a service agreement or guarantee of service availability in your area.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Except as provided in Section 12 above, any disputes arising from your use of this Website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
